Referral Service:

Doctor Clean Inc., hereinafter referred to as "the Agency," specializes in recruiting and retaining independent domestic workers. All Service Providers undergo an interview with the Agency, evaluating their qualifications and availability.

Payment:

  • Payment for services is due at the time of scheduling.
  • The client may provide a valid credit card for billing purposes.
  • The client is responsible for the full cost of requested services, including a referral fee based on the Agency's fee schedule.
  • No refunds are available for cleaning services except for excused cancellations due to valid emergencies.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • Failure to provide 24-hour notice results in a $100 cancellation fee, refundable only in the case of Agency-approved emergencies.

Lock Out or No-Show

  • Clients must ensure access for cleaning.
  • A $100 lock-out charge applies if access is denied without notice, refundable only in case of Agency-approved emergencies.

Service Provider Performance

  • A post-service "walk-through" or inspection is required for quality assurance.
  • Clients should contact the Service Provider on-site if unsatisfied with the work.
  • Any complaints or concerns must be resolved directly with the Service Provider, and the Agency will not be liable.

Direct Hiring Prohibited

  • Clients agree not to directly engage referred Service Providers during this Agreement and nine (9) months after its termination.
  • Unauthorized hiring may incur a $5,000 finder's fee.

Performance of Services

  • Service Providers work independently and are solely responsible for satisfactory service.
  • The Agency is not liable for issues arising from Service Providers' actions.

Independent Domestic Worker

  • The Agency is not the employer of referred domestic workers.
  • Clients may have employer responsibilities and tax liabilities, which they must address.
  • Clients indemnify the Agency against any related claims.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Proceeding with a Service Provider's services implies acceptance of these terms, whether or not the Agreement is returned to the Agency.

Termination

Clients retain the right to replace or terminate Service Providers for any reason.

Attorney’s Fees

Clients agree to cover reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, for enforcing this Agreement.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by California law, and any disputes must be resolved in Orange County, California.

Consent for Use of Electronic Signatures

Clients may accept or reject this Agreement electronically on the company website.

Service Fee

A service fee of up to 4% will be added to every booking.

Refund Policy

No refunds for cleaning services are available. Chargebacks may incur additional charges.

Background Check Request Clause for Client Agreement

Clients may request a background check and will be provided with an attestation of completion.

Privacy Policy

The Agency respects privacy and shares client information only as necessary for service provision.

Opt-in for SMS

Message and data rates may apply when receiving SMS messages from the Agency. Clients can opt-out by replying "Stop."

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement:

  • Clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with COVID-19 when receiving services.
  • Clients waive liability and hold the Agency harmless for any COVID-19-related issues.
